By placing an order through Routes Exotic Shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Routes Exotic Shop does not offer refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances.

Once an order has been successfully placed, all purchases are considered final.

We do not issue refunds to credit cards, debit cards, bank accounts, payment apps, or any other original payment method.

2. Customer Balance / Store Credit

If Routes Exotic Shop determines that a customer is eligible for compensation, the customer will receive store credit or customer balance only.

Customer balance may be provided when:

• We are unable to fulfill an order.
• A purchased product or service becomes unavailable.
• We are unable to complete an order due to an issue on our end.
• Routes Exotic Shop determines that compensation is appropriate.

Store credit will be added to the customer's account and may be used toward future purchases on the Routes Exotic Shop website.

3. No Cash Refunds

Cash refunds are not available.

Receiving customer balance or store credit is the only form of compensation Routes Exotic Shop may provide for an approved refund request.

Customer balance cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred back to the original payment method.

4. Incorrect or Failed Orders

If there is an issue with your order, contact Routes Exotic Shop support as soon as possible.

After reviewing the situation, we may provide customer balance or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

5. Change of Mind

We do not provide compensation for:

• Change of mind.
• Buyer’s remorse.
• Accidental purchases.
• Failure to read a product description.
• Incorrect information provided by the customer.
• Products or services that have already been delivered or used.

6. Fraud & Chargebacks

Fraudulent refund requests, false claims, unauthorized payment disputes, or chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of your account and access to Routes Exotic Shop.

We reserve the right to provide relevant order and transaction information to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to payment disputes.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, pricing, requirements, and other relevant information before completing a purchase.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand what you are purchasing and agree to this Refund Policy.

8. Final Decisions

All refund and compensation decisions are made at the sole discretion of Routes Exotic Shop.

Approval of customer balance on one transaction does not guarantee customer balance or compensation on future transactions.
